摘要
通过对河钢唐钢不锈钢公司板坯连铸机历史数据及粘结点传播行为进行分析研究,开发了一种基于逻辑判断的粘结点面传播判断模型,同时开发了整套结晶器漏钢预报专家系统。经实际生产验证,该专家系统对粘结漏钢的报出率为100%,预报准确率为81.8%,可满足现场使用要求。
Based on the analysis of the historical data and the propagation behavior of bond point of slab caster,a judgment model of bond point-surface propagation based on logical judgment is developed,and a whole set of expert system of mould breakout prediction is developed.The practical production shows that the expert system has a 100%reported rate for sticking breakout,and the prediction accuracy is 81.8%,which can meet the requirements of field application.
