摘要
介绍了金属包装企业对食品级镀锡板表面的控制要求及重要性;重点阐述了镀锡量均匀性控制,镀锡板抗性、附着力控制,镀锡板黑灰控制,蚊虫污染控制等关键治理技术。指出,在我国法律法规不断完善,消费者食品安全意识不断提高的前提下,镀锡量均匀性控制能力仍待提高、是否掌握镀锡板无铬钝化技术直接关系到生产企业未来的竞争力、镀锡板黑灰的产生机理和控制措施仍需进一步系统研究。
This paper introduces the control requirements and importance of metal packaging enterprises for the surface of food grade tinplate,and focuses on the key control technologies such as uniformity control of tin coating weight,resistance control,adhesion control,black ash control of tinplate,mosquito pollution control,etc.Under the premise of the continuous improvement of laws in China and the continuous improvement of consumers'food safety awareness,the control ability of tin coating weight uniformity still needs to be improved,whether mastering the chromium free passivation technology of tinplate is directly related to competitiveness in the future,and the generation mechanism and control measures of black ash of tinplate still need to be systematically studied.
