摘要
介绍了马口铁的用途及其基板的生产现状,分析了影响马口铁基料性能的主要因素,并提出了化学成分、卷取温度和表面质量控制要点。通过优化化学成分和卷取温度,控制粗轧立辊使用周期等措施,满足了下游用户的质量要求。
This paper introduces the application of tinplate and the production status of its substrate,analyzes the main factors affecting the properties of tinplate substrate,and puts forward the control points of chemical composition,coiling temperature and surface quality.The quality requirements of downstream customers are met by optimizing the chemical composition and coiling temperature,controlling the service cycle of roughing vertical roll.
