摘要
针对线材打包机使用中经常出现的扭结断线故障,判断和处理时间长,严重制约生产顺行的情况,全面、深入地分析了故障产生的原因,并从机械、电气、液压等方面提出了解决方案。通过采取计划维修和预知维修相结合、优化逻辑控制程序、计算最佳控制参数、编写故障处理预案等措施,扭断故障处理时间缩短了40%左右。对采用同类型设备的维护单位提供了有价值的参考。
The fault diagnosis and treatment of wire packing machine's twisting and breaking is too long which seriously restricts the smooth production.The causes are comprehensively and deeply analyzed in this paper,and solution is put forward from the mechanical,electrical and hydraulic aspects.By combining planned maintenance with predictive maintenance,optimizing logic control program,calculating optimal control parameters,and compiling fault handling plan,the fault processing time is reduced by about 40%.It provides a valuable reference for the maintenance unit adopting the same equipment.
