On Paths of Constructing Rural Talent Team in the New Era

党的十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略,是新时代解决"三农"问题的重要战略。乡村振兴主要靠人,要通过人才振兴来实现乡村振兴,人才瓶颈是制约乡村发展的重要因素。要破解现有乡村引人、育人、用人、留人的难题,培养造就一支懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的"三农"工作队伍,必须要完善人才引进规划和实施机制,搭建多要素参与的共享平台,助力乡村人才队伍建设,为乡村振兴提供强大的人才动力和保障,推动农业现代化建设。

The strategy for rural revitalization in the report of 19 th national congress is viewed as an important strategy to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.The revitalization of rural areas mainly depends on the revitalization of talents;therefore,the bottleneck of talents is an important factor restricting the development of rural areas.To solve the existing problem of talent education,talent employment,talent retention in rural areas,there is a need to foster a‘three rural"work force who can understand agriculture,love rural areas and farmers.The paths of constructing rural talent team are suggested like the following:improving the planning for talent introduction and implementation mechanism,setting up the sharing platform involved multi-elements,boosting the construction of rural talent team,and providing powerful talent motivation and safeguard for rural revitalization,and promoting the construction of agricultural modernization.
