应用型人才培养目标下的社区工作课程教学改革探索

On Exploring the Teaching Reform of Community Work under the Target of Training Application-Oriented Talents

社区工作作为社会工作专业的必修核心课程,社区工作课程教学应强调以学生为本、以能力为本、以职业化需求为导向的改革原则,采取课程教学中学习共同体的构建、学习社区服务项目策划等方式提高学生的社区工作实务能力和职业素养。需要形成以能力为本的人才培养目标、学习与服务并重的教学理念、参与体验式的教学模式和突出实践能力的学业成就评价体系,才能有效呼应社会工作专业培养应用型专门人才的最终目标。

Community Work is a compulsory core course in the specialty of social work.The teaching refrom of community work should emphasize the principle of student-centeredness,ability-orientation and professionalized demand-orientation,and improve students’practical ability and professional accomplishment in community work by constructing learning community in the curriculum teaching and by planning the service project in learning community,and so on.In order to effectively respond to the ultimate goal of cultivating application-oriented professionals in social work,it is necessary to set up a competency-based talent training goal,a teaching concept of treating training service and learning equally,a participatory and experiential teaching model and an academic achievement evaluation system that highlights students’practical ability.
