摘要
法学青年教师是法学实践教学工作的中坚力量,是法学教师队伍的生力军与后备军。法学青年教师应具备专业实践教学能力,法学青年教师实践教学能力的提升应注重职业素质,加强岗位培训,实施挂职锻炼,以信息化的实战交流平台,转变青年教师的工作方式。
Young law teachers are considered to be the backbone of law practice teaching, the fresh force and reserve army of law teaching staff. Young law teachers should be equipped with professional practical teaching ability, and the promotion of their practical teaching ability should focus on professional quality, strengthen on-the-job training, and carry out training positions, and change the working model through an information platform of practical communication.
