摘要
"3E"理论对提高信息资源建构效用的应用适用性和价值作用较大,基于"3E"的信息资源建构图书馆效用考核指标体系,以"3E"测评图书馆信息资源体系,形成图书馆信息资源建构模型,实现资源类型的深度契合,并达到转换发展目标。
The"3E"theory plays a great role in improving the application,applicability and value of the utility of information resources construction.This paper constructs the index system for assessing the effectiveness of library based on the"3 E"information resources.Evaluating information resource system with"3E"and constructing of the model of library information resources can realize the deep integration of all types of resources and achieve the goal of transformation development.
