摘要
本文以组织外部情境和内部能力基础为主要切入视角,以如何实施开放式创新为问题导向,选择华为、海尔、宝洁进行跨案例研究,将吸收能力作为重要的参与变量,试图探索创新情境与开放式创新的共演路径。研究发现:①开放式创新路径随创新情境的动态变化呈现内部依赖—主导参与—社群共创的演化规律;②开放式创新模式与创新情境有高度匹配性;③开放式创新开放方向可能的影响因素是行业属性、技术生命周期及企业文化;④吸收能力既是开放式创新实施的前提也是开放式创新的目标,吸收能力的演化对开放式创新的变迁起到了推动作用,与创新情境构成三者的共演模型。
Based on the external situation and internal ability of the organization,this paper takes how to implement open innovation as the problem-oriented,and selects the cross-case study of Huawei,Haier and Procter&Gamble.This paper attempts to explore the co-evolution path of situation and open innovation,in which absorptive capacity is regarded as an important participating variable.The results are as follows.①The dynamic change of open innovation path with innovation situation shows the law of“internal dependence-inside type(IDIT)—dominant participation-coupled type(DPCT)—community creation-coupled type(CCCT)”.②The open innovation model has a high matching with the innovation situation.③The possible influencing factors of the open direction of open innovation are industry attribute,technology life cycle and corporate culture.④Absorptive capacity is not only the premise of the implementation of open innovation,but also the goal of open innovation.The evolution of absorptive capacity is not only the premise and foundation of open innovation,but also the goal of open innovation.The evolution of absorptive capacity plays an important role in promoting the change of open innovation,together with the innovation situation,they form a co-evolution model.
