从研发经费及其制度看世界一流大学建设——基于中美大学的比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文通过对中国与美国及OECD大学研发经费的地位与规模、来源结构、支出结构三类指标和中国与美国前100名大学研发经费的比较,阐述中美两国大学研发经费的相关制度,特别是经费来源及获取方式、研发组织管理的不同,分析中国建设世界一流大学面临的问题,进而得出结论并提出政策建议。 By comparing the status and scale,source structure and expenditure structure of university s R&D funds between China and the United States and OECD,and the top 100 universities R&D funds between China and the United States,this paper expounds the relevant systems of university s R&D funds between the two countries,especially the differences in funding sources,acquisition methods,R&D organization and management,and analyses the problems faced by China in building world-class universities.And then it draws conclusions and puts forward policy recommendations.
