摘要 在深入分析主断面库作用的基础上,研究了基于关键坐标及板厚的主断面属性计算方法,探讨了满足弯扭刚度及侧碰工况约束条件下车身前门环结构的优化途径。以车身刚度及侧碰性能为约束条件,主断面属性参数为设计变量,车身结构轻量化为设计目标,采用均匀拉丁超立方试验方法进行样本点的选取,以Kriging插值近似方法构造代理模型,运用冲量梯度下降算法对数学模型进行优化求解,并通过实车试验验证了该优化方案的可行性。 By analyzing the function of the main section library, this paper studies the main section attribute calculation method of the key coordinates and the thickness of the plate, discusses the optimization ways of the front door ring structure under the constraint conditions of bending and torsional stiffness and side impact. Using body stiffness and side impact performance as constraint conditions, the attribute parameters of main section as design variables, body structure lightweight as design target, uniform Latin Hypercube Sampling(LHS) method is used to select sample points, the Kriging interpolation approximate method is used to construct agent model, and the impulse gradient descent algorithm is used to optimize the mathematical model. Finally, feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified by a real vehicle test.
