Prescription Review and Drug Analysis of Key Monitoring Drugs

目的探讨开展重点监控药品的点评与分析,加强临床科室合理使用重点监控药品,规范临床科室合理用药,保障用药安全。方法确定重点监控药品目录,通过信息管理系统调取药品每月使用数量排名前30的药品,对属于重点监控的药品进行临床应用重点监控。结果与结论监管前后30个重点药品使用金额和使用数量均有所下降,形成了制度化的点评模式。

Objective To discuss the evaluation and analysis of key monitoring drugs in our hospital,strengthen the rational use of key monitoring drugs in clinical departments,standardize the rational use of drugs in clinical departments,and ensure the safety of medication.Methods We will identify the key monitoring drug catalogues in our hospital,and use the information management system of our hospital to retrieve the top 30 drugs in the hospital for the monthly use of drugs,and to monitor the clinical applications of the drugs that are under key monitoring.Results and Conclusions Before and after the supervision,the amount of 30 key drugs used and the number of use in our hospital have declined,forming an institutionalized review mode.
