摘要
目的探讨小儿过敏性紫癜采用匹多莫德颗粒治疗对其血清炎症因子及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2018年1月收治的过敏性紫癜患儿94例,按单盲法分为对照组、试验组,各47例。对照组采用常规治疗,在此基础上,试验组加用匹多莫德颗粒治疗,均治疗3个月。比较两组血清炎症因子水平、免疫功能、复发率。结果治疗后,试验组白介素-4(IL-4)(74.11±15.84)ng/L、白介素-10(IL-10)(27.63±7.24)pg/m L低于对照组[(86.95±15.37)ng/L、(39.68±8.15)pg/m L],γ-干扰素(INF-γ)(88.92±14.18)ng/L水平高于对照组(78.14±13.22)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组CD8^+(28.66±2.41)%低于对照组(32.01±2.64)%,CD4^+(46.10±4.21)%、CD4^+/CD8^+(1.57±0.38)高于对照组[(41.02±4.16)%、(1.26±0.35)],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组复发率(6.38%)低于对照组(21.28%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿过敏性紫癜采用匹多莫德颗粒治疗可减轻机体炎症反应,调节免疫功能,降低疾病复发率。
Objective Objective To investigate the effect of pidotimod granules on serum inflammatory factors and immune function in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Methods 94 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by single blind method,with 47 cases in each group.Control group was given routine treatment,while experimental group was treated with pidotimod granules based on control group,with 3 months of treatment in two groups.The levels of serum inflammatory factors,immune function and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the interleukin-4(IL-4)and IL-10 in experimental group[(74.11±15.84)ng/L,(27.63±7.24)pg/m L]were lower than control group[(86.95±15.37)ng/L,(39.68±8.15)pg/m L],while the γ-interferon(INF-γ)in experimental group[(88.92±14.18)ng/L]was higher than control group[(78.14±13.22)ng/L](P<0.05);After treatment,the CD8^+in experimental group[(28.66±2.41)%]was lower than control group[(32.01±2.64)%],while the CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in experimental group[(46.10±4.21)%,(1.57±0.38)]were higher than control group[(41.02±4.16)%,(1.26±0.35)](P<0.05);The recurrence rate of experimental group(6.38%)was lower than control group(21.28%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Pidotimod granules in treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura can reduce inflammatory response,regulate immune function,and decrease the recurrence rate.
