小型可插拔光电模块的定位结构设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 光电模块是光通信行业中的核心部件,目前其光口和电口的装联主要是可插拔型结构。在可插拔型光电模块中,小型可插拔(Small Formfactor Pluggable Plus,SFP+)光电模块因封装体积小而得到广泛应用,但同时也存在较多的由插拔故障导致的信号传输不畅等问题。文中针对SFP+模块光口和电口的插拔故障进行成因分析,给出了相关的定位设计优化方案。实践证明相关优化设计可有效减少模块信号传输问题,为有效提高光电模块光口和电口结构的可靠性指明了方向。 The optoelectronic module is the core component in the field of optical communication. At present, the connection of the optical interface and the electrical interface of the optoelectronic module are mainly pluggable structure. In pluggable optoelectronic modules, the small formfactor pluggable plus(SFP+) optoelectronic module has been widely used because of its small volume, but at the same time it also has many prob-lems such as poor signal transmission caused by plug fault. The plug fault causes of the optical interface andelectrical interface of optoelectronic module are analyzed and the related optimization design scheme of the positioning structure is given in this paper. Practice proves that the optimization design can effectively reduce the signal transmission problems of the module, which provides a direction to improve the reliability of optoelectronic module′s optical interface and electrical interface structure effectively.
