超声引导椎旁神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果观察

Therapeutic effect of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block on postherpetic neuralgia

目的 观察超声引导椎旁神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的效果。方法 抽取驻马店市中心医院2018年5月至2019年5月78例PHN患者,将其随机分为两组。对照组39例采取常规治疗;观察组39例在对照组的基础上采取超声引导椎旁神经阻滞治疗。结果 治疗后1周、2周、3周,观察组患者的疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2周、4周,观察组患者的PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率(92.31%)与对照组(74.36%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对PHN患者采取超声引导椎旁神经阻滞治疗可减轻疼痛程度,改善患者睡眠质量,且安全性良好。

Objective To observe the curative effect of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block on postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 78 PHN patients in Zhumadian Central Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected,and they were divided into two groups.Thirty-nine cases in the control group received routine treatment,39 cases in the observation group were treated with ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block on the basis of the control group.Results The pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 1 w,2 w,and 3 w after treatment(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 2 w and 4 w after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(92.31%)was compared with that in the control group(74.36%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block therapy for PHN patients can reduce the degree of pain,improve the sleep quality,with good safety.
