水平肌加强减弱术联合下斜肌切断术治疗小儿斜视的临床效果

Effects of horizontal muscle augmentation combined with inferior oblique muscle cutting in the treatment of strabismus in children

目的 分析下斜肌切断术联合水平肌加强减弱术治疗小儿斜视的临床价值。方法 抽取2017年7月至2019年6月在郑州大学附属儿童医院治疗的50例小儿斜视患儿,将其分为两组。对照组25例,采取水平肌加强减弱术治疗;观察组25例,在对照组基础上,联合下斜肌切断术治疗。结果 观察组、对照组患儿的总有效率分别为100%、84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的下斜肌功能正常比例为92%,对照组为68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的认知功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 下斜肌切断术联合水平肌加强减弱术可提高小儿斜视的治疗效果,改善患儿生活质量,临床价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of inferior oblique muscle cutting combined with horizontal muscle strengthening and weakening in the treatment of children with strabismus.Methods A total of 50 children with strabismus treated in Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from July 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled and divided into two groups.Twenty-five patients in the control group were treated with horizontal muscle augmentation;25 patients in the observation group were treated with combined inferior oblique muscle surgery.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 100%and 84%,respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The normal proportion of the inferior oblique muscle function was 92%in the observation group and 68%in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The cognitive function,physical function,emotional function,role function and social function score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of inferior oblique muscle cutting and horizontal muscle augmentation can improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of children,which has higher clinical value.
