高校学生社区建设管理模式探究

On the Management Mode of College Students’ Community Construction

随着高等教育深化改革的持续推进,学生宿舍作为学生"第二个家",简单休息场所的定位已经不能满足高校学生的需求。在住宿的基础上获得更多的服务,拥有一定的认同感、参与感,从而满足自身全面、个性化的发展成了学生新的需求。对于高校教育工作者来说,强化学生社区建设管理,实现服务管理、价值引领、素质养成"三化"目标,促进学生实现"五个自我"尤其重要。

With the deepening of higher education reforms,dormitories,as a"second home"for students,are no longer a simple resting place to meet the needs of them.On the basis of accommodation,getting more services,having a certain sense of identity and participation,to meet their comprehensive and personalized development has become a new demand for students.For college educators,it is important to strengthen the management,to achieve the"three modernizations"goal of service management,value guidance,and quality development,and to promote students to achieve the"five self".
