Construction of Teachers’ Morality and Style Starting from Self-discipline under the New Situation

新时代视域下,高校教师在师德师风方面存在一些急需解决的问题,文章指出新形势下搞好师德师风建设要从高校教师的自律开始,并从遵守法律法规、带头讲规矩,注重立德树人、做事有责任,创新工作做法、潜心搞学问,立足实际情况、主动讲奉献等四个方面进行了详细阐述,有利于推动高校教师师德师风建设的健康发展。

In the new era,there are some problems that need to be solved urgently on teachers’morality and style in colleges and universities.This paper points out that in the new situation,the construction of teachers’morality and style should start from the self-discipline of university teachers,and it has been elaborated from four aspects which are abiding by laws and regulations and taking the lead in telling rules,paying attention to morality,cultivate people and being responsible for things,innovating working methods and concentrating on learning and based on the actual situation,taking the initiative to contribute,which is conducive to promoting the healthy development of the construction of teachers’morality and style in colleges and universities.
