高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,话语是其开展思想政治教育工作的重要媒介。随着自媒体时代的到来,高校思想政治教育话语受到了前所未有的冲击。高校辅导员必须立足新形势,通过构建话语新范式、拓展话语新视野、全面提高话语能力的方式,不断"因事而化、因时而进、因势而新",实现思想政治教育话语的优化,提高高校思想政治教育工作的实效性。

As the backbone of college students’ideological and political education,college counselors carry out ideological and political education with discourse as an important medium.The ideological and political education discourse in colleges and universities has been impacted unprecedentedly in the era of we-media.Therefore,college counselors must change by event,improve by time and renovate by situation.Great attention should be given to optimize education discourse and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education by changing the discourse paradigm,expanding the discourse horizon and improving the discourse ability.
