在时代快速发展的大环境下,高校党建工作正面临着新的形势和要求,既要提升党建资源的利用效益,又要大力推广理念、思路和方法的创新,努力提升高校党建工作的实效,真正发挥其应有的核心作用。文章从新时期高校党建工作中出现的现实困境出发,深入分析了其中不可忽视且必须解决的各种问题,并结合具体的观念、内容、形式与功能等方面的创新就其未来的实际开展与科学发展进行了探索。
