摘要
民办本科院校在应用型人才培养过程中需要结合自身办学条件,以市场需求为导向,依靠区域发展优势条件,做好顶层设计,既要保证人才培养的质量,又要体现自身培养特色。文章以民办院校数学应用型人才培养为例,以数学实验活动的辐射影响作用为基石,从三个层面:以岗位需求为导向构建实践课程群、以双导师制为抓手搭建"校企合作-产教融合-协同育人"三位一体化实践教学平台、以开展第二课堂学习为扶手积极拓展学生社会实践活动等,探索地方民办院校数学应用型人才培养模式的构建思路与实践举措。
In the process of training applied talents,dependent colleges should make a perfect design of cultivation model according to their own school-running conditions,market demand-oriented and the advantages of regional development conditions,which are considered to ensure the good cultivation quality and reflect training characteristics.In view of the radiation effect of mathematical experiments,this paper will explore some specific experiences and construction plan from the following three aspects:constructing practical course cluster guided by post needs,building a practical platform of school-enterprise cooperation,production-education integration-cooperative education integration by the way of double tutor system,actively opening up extra curricular practice content by carrying out second classroom learning and so on.
