Return the University Back to Students:On the Undergraduate Education of Journalism and Commutation Major

"学生越来越不好教"和"创新人才匮乏"为大学教育模式提出了新时代的挑战。解决问题之道应首先转变教育理念。举凡著名的大家以及创新型人才,无不是通过长期"培养"及非模式化"教育"而终有所成。所以,真正好的大学教育,应该类似于一个好的家长:充分的爱与尊重,培养而非管教,注重主体精神和独立能力,甚至是一定的"放任",这应该成为"大学"教育的基本要义。

"Students are getting hardly to educate"and"insufficient creativity talents"pose a new era of challenges for the university education model.The solution to the problem should firstly change the educational philosophy.Almost all famous people and innovative talents will eventually achieve success through long-term"cultivation"rather than stereotyped"education".Therefore,a really good university education should be similar to a good parent:full love and respect,cultivation rather than discipline,focus on the spirit of the subject and independence,and even a certain of"letting alone",which should become an essence of"university"education.
