基于群项目理念的中职旅游专业综合实训项目实施评价研究——以珠海市第一中等职业学校为例

Study on the Evaluation of Comprehensive Training Project of Vocational Tourism Specialty Based on the Concept of Group Project——Taking Zhuhai No.1 Secondary Vocational School as an Example

在群项目理念以企业岗位群所需知识、技能、素养的指导下,我校旅游专业围绕旅行社前台、计调、导游三大岗位在校企合作"旅行概念店"平台中开发与实施了综合实训项目,在实训结束后,针对学生、教师、企业专家三方展开了评价反馈分析,从中发现实训项目开展得到的认可与存在的不足,也为下一步项目的改进提供了指引。

Under the guidance of the knowledge,skills,and literacy required by the enterprise job group,the tourism professional of our school has developed and implemented a comprehensive training project on the"travel concept store"platform of the school and enterprise cooperation around the three major positions of travel agency front desk,management,and guide.After the end of practical training,the evaluation feedback analysis was carried out for students,teachers,and enterprise experts.From the analysis,it was found that the recognition and existing shortcomings of the actual training project were found,and it also provided guidance for the next improvement of the project.
