基于SWTO分析的医学院校研究生二级管理创新性模式探究

Research on Innovative Mode of Secondary Management of Postgraduate Students in Medical Colleges and Universities Based on SWTO Analysis

当前,众多医学院校研究生教育管理开始由学校一级管理模式向校-院二级管理模式转变,校-院二级管理模式作为医学院校研究生管理模式改革的新举措,尚未形成一套稳定的管理体系。文章通过运用SWTO管理理论来分析医学院校研究生二级管理模式现状,以提升研究生培养质量出发,提出从加强学科建设、专业课程改革、管理队伍建设、研究生自我管理、完善规章制度等管理举措,为研究生二级管理模式的持续发展提供一定的参考依据。

At present,the management of graduate education in many medical colleges and universities has begun to change from the primary management mode to the school-college management mode.As a new measure to reform the graduate management mode in medical colleges and universities,the school-hospital management mode has not yet formed a set of stable management system.This paper analyzes the present situation of the graduate secondary management mode in medical colleges and universities by using SWTO management theory,in order to improve the quality of graduate training.This paper puts forward some management measures,such as strengthening discipline construction,professional curriculum reform,management team construction,graduate students’ self-management,perfecting rules and regulations,etc.,so as to provide certain reference for the sustainable development of graduate students’ secondary management mode.
