摘要
大学生在大学生活和学习期间,个人的性格逐渐趋向成熟,在这一发展过程中导师和专业课教师在实际教学中所扮演的角色不同,发挥的效用也有所不同。导师主要是在学生的生活、学习等各个方面给予引导和帮助,而专业课教师只是对于专业技能的理论知识进行传授和讲解,因此班级导师在大学生思想教育中的育人作用的相关研究显得比较重要。文章通过对大学工科导师的育人角色分析,了解到在大学工科中导师自身的角色定位和在教育学生过程中,存在着一定的困境,并针对这一困境提出一些建议。
During college life and study,the personality of college students tends to mature gradually.In the process of development,tutors and professional teachers play different roles and play different roles in practical teaching.Teachers mainly give guidance and help in all aspects of students’ life,learning and so on.Professional teachers only teach and explain the theoretical knowledge of professional skills.Therefore,it is very important to study the role of class teachers in Ideological Education of College students.Through the analysis of the role of University Engineering tutors in educating students,this paper understands that there are certain difficulties in the role orientation of University Engineering tutors and in the process of educating students,and puts forward some suggestions for this dilemma.
