学科竞赛在大学生综合能力培养中的作用与提升策略分析

An Analysis of the Role and Promotion Strategy of Subject Competition in the Cultivation of College Students’ Comprehensive Ability

文章针对学科竞赛在大学生综合能力培养中所起的作用展开分析,梳理学科竞赛现状,阐述其在大学生综合能力培养上存在的问题。学科竞赛因受传统教育理念的影响,未能全面提升大学生综合能力,并且在一些需要提升的能力上,能效也略显不足,不能满足提高学生综合能力的要求,需要得到改善。文章最后针对存在的问题,对高校开展学科竞赛,深化创新创业教育改革提出了提升策略,以期通过学科竞赛,对大学生综合能力进行全面、有效的培养。

This paper analyzes the role of subject competition in the cultivation of College Students’ comprehensive ability,combs the status quo of subject competition,and expounds the problems existing in the cultivation of College Students’ comprehensive ability.Because of the influence of the traditional education concept,the subject competition fails to comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of college students,and in some abilities that need to be improved,the energy efficiency is also slightly insufficient,which can not meet the requirements of improving the comprehensive ability of students,and needs to be imp roved.At the end of the paper,aiming at the existing problems,the author puts forward the promotion strategies to carry out the subject competition and deepen the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in Colleges and universities,so as to train the comprehensive ability of college students comprehensively and effectively through the subject competition.
