摘要
随着高等教育规模的持续扩大和教育管理体制的变革,高校基层管理人员承担的工作任务日益繁重,面临的压力也日渐增强。高强度的任务压力、人际压力、晋升压力,甚至于家庭压力,导致了一系列的生理及心理问题。因此,分析高校基层管理人员的工作现状,探索其主要压力来源并提出应对策略,对于推动高等教育可持续发展具有重要意义。
With the continuously growing of the higher education scale and the carrying out of the reform in high education management system,the first-line administrators in colleges and universities are committed much heavier tasks and are facing growing pressures.Various intensified pressures from work task,interpersonal relations,promotion,and family,lead to a serial of physical and psychological problems.Therefore,analyzing the current work situation of the first-line administrators in colleges and universities,exploring their stress sources,and proposing countermeasures accordingly are of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of higher education.
