高仿真模拟教学对新入职护士规范化培训的质性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨高仿真模拟教学对新入职护士规范化培训的真实感受及体验,为新入职护士规范化培训教学实践提供借鉴。方法:采用质性研究方法,对12名参加过高仿真模拟教学培训的新入职护士进行小组形式的深度访谈。结果:高仿真模拟教学使新入职护士身临其境,有助于其适应临床工作,建立临床思维,提高沟通和人文关怀能力,提高评判性思维能力和处理问题能力,提高临床技能和护理水平。结论:高仿真模拟教学为新入职护士规范化培训提供无风险、逼真的临床实践环境,提高学习积极性,有助于提升新入职护士核心能力。 Objective To explore the newly-enrolled nurses’ feeling and perception of high-fidelity simulation on standardized training.It can provide reference for standardized training and teaching practice of new nurses.Methods Using qualitative research methods,interviews were conducted among 12 standardized training nurses participating in simulation.Results High-fidelity simulation is helpful for newly-enrolled nurses to adapt to clinical work,establishing clinical thinking,imp rove communication and humanistic care ability.It could improve the ability of critical thinking and problem solving,and improve clinical skills and nursing knowledge.Conclusions The high-fidelity simulation teaching can provide the risk free and realistic clinical practice environment for the newly-enrolled nurses’ standardized training,improve their learning enthusiasm and enhance their core competencies.
