摘要
大学生职业生涯辅导与规划能够帮助学生进行正确的自我认知,树立正确的职业观,有效提升就业竞争力。文章研究了如何科学地将CIP理论应用于大学一年级学生生涯辅导工作坊的内容设计之中,分别从沟通、分析、综合、评估和执行等五个方面对大学一年级学生开展生涯辅导。
Career counseling and planning for college students can help students to have correct self-cognition,establish positive career views,and enhance their employment competitiveness effectively.This thesis studies the application of the Cognitive Information Processing theory in the content design of freshmen’s career counseling workshops,and analyzes freshmen career counseling from five aspects:communication,analysis,synthesis,valuation,and implementation.
