摘要
公共选修课是高校课程设置的重要组成部分,对开阔学生视野、提高学生综合素质具有重要意义,文字以《食品营养与安全》课程为例,把教学内容划分为若干专题,进行了"讲座式"设计,同时对学生为主体,教师为引导,课内课外相结合,线上线下相结合等多种教学方法进行了探讨和实践。
Public elective courses are an important part of the curriculum of colleges and universities,which is of great significance for broadening students ’horizons and improving their comprehensive quality.Taking the course "Food Nutrition and Safety" as an example,this article divides the teaching content into several topics.The "lecture-style" design was conducted,and various teaching methods such as students as subject,teachers as the guide,in-class and outside-class combination,and on-line and offline combination were discussed and practiced.
