摘要
基于规范中医专业学位研究生临床能力培养模式的探索,尝试把"以赛促学,以赛促训,以赛促教"作为理念,建立Experiment(实践E)-Thinking(思维T)-Competition(竞赛C)为基础框架的"ETC教学法"。通过对广西中医药大学第一附属医院中医专业学位研究生的临床实践应用为例,探讨"ETC教学法"实践效果并进行具体阐述和分析。经实践,结果提示"ETC教学法"不仅可提高中医专业学位临床研究生的临床能力,而且在促进中医专业学位研究生临床实践积极性、理论转换为临床思维等方面有明显提高的作用,该法值得在中医专业学位研究生临床能力培养教学中推广应用。
Based on the exploration of the training model of clinical ability of graduate students with professional degrees in Chinese medicine,try to establish the experiment(practice E)-Thinking(Thinking)-Competition(Competition C) as the concept of "to promote the study of the game,to promote the training of the race," ETC Teaching Methods." Through the clinical practice application of chinese medicine degree graduate students in the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,the practical effect of "ETC teaching method" is discussed and expounded and analyzed.Through practice,the results suggest that "ETC teaching method" can not only improve the clinical ability of clinical research students with chinese medicine degree,but also have a significant lying effect in promoting the clinical practice enthusiasm of graduate students in Chinese medicine major,and the theory is transformed into clinical thinking.
