摘要
文章基于环境工程战略性新兴产业人才培养(工业烟尘污染控制方向),建立了面向战略性新兴产业人才培养的重点实验室管理运行机制。依托省级重点实验室学术队伍、科研项目及仪器设备等方面综合优势,构建学生科研与工程实践体系,强化教学与科研结合,上述举措完善了学校本科生实践创新教育模式,提升了本科教学质量,增强学生了在就业和深造中的竞争力。
Focusing on training the strategic emerging industry talents for industrial fume and dust pollution control,Operating and management mechanisms of Hubei Key Laboratory of Industrial Fume and Dust Pollution Control key laboratory was established.Based on comprehensive advantages of academic team,scientific research project and instruments and equipment in the provincial key laboratory,a system of students’ scientific research and engineering practice was set up,and relationship of scientific research with the teaching strengthened.These measures have been greatly improved undergraduate innovation education practice mode and the quality of the undergraduate teaching,strengthened students’ competitiveness in the employment and further study.
