高职学生德育教育与管理“2+1”模式的研究——以辽宁生态工程职业学院林学院为例

辽宁生态工程职业学院林学院现已形成一套完整的德育教育与管理模式,即德育答辩开好头、结好尾,德育教育与管理贯穿整个学业生涯。在德育教育与管理"2+1"的模式中,对学生的德育既有规范的管理,也有细致的教育,既引导新生树立正确的三观,也带领毕业生总结过往、展望未来。

Forestry college of liaoning vocational college of ecological engineering has formed a complete moral education and management mode,that is,the moral education and management run through the whole academic career.In the model of moral education and management "2+1",students’ moral education is not only regulated but also carefully educated,which not only guides freshmen to establish correct three views,but also leads graduates to summarize the past and look forward to the future.
