摘要
青年肩负着时代使命和国家未来,针对大学生开展使命教育具有重要意义。在文献研究和访谈的基础上,提出基于“公共服务动机”模型研究青年使命感,并结合中国实际和大学生群体特点,提出了影响因素模型(在校经历、专业认同、政治理念和家庭社会化)。对北京部分高校大学生问卷调查的分析结果表明,在校经历、专业认同、政治理念和家庭社会化对公共服务动机影响显著,这一结果为对大学生开展使命教育提供了理论基础。
Young people shoulder heavy responsibilities of the epoch mission and national future.Therefore,it is of great significance to educate college students about the sense of mission.Based on literature research and interviews,we propose to carry out our research from the perspective of"Public Service Motivation"(PSM).Combining with China's national condition and the characteristics of college students,we propose a model of the antecedents of PSM(school experience,professional identification,political ideology and family socialization).The analysis of the questionnaire survey of college students in Beijing Normal University shows that all four influence factors have a significant impact on PSM.This result provides a theoretical basis to carry out mission education on college students.
