高校实验室仪器设备科学管理办法的探讨

Discussion on Scientific Management of Laboratory Instruments and Equipment in Colleges and Universities

在当前社会对应用型人才培养的强烈需求下,对学生实验能力提出了更高的要求,同时对实验室管理提出了更高的要求,而仪器设备管理作为实验室管理的一个重要分支,对实验室管理具有重要的影响。通过对高校仪器设备管理方面的现状进行调查,发现了高校仪器设备管理方面存在的一些亟待解决的问题,从完善实验室仪器设备管理规章制度,加强实验室仪器设备管理队伍建设、建立健全高校大型仪器设备共享平台,建立校外共享平台等几个方面讨论了仪器设备管理的改革办法。

Under the strong demand of the current society for the cultivation of applied talents,higher requirements are put forward for students'experimental ability,and higher requirements are also put forward for the laboratory management level,instrument and equipment management is an important branch of laboratory management,which has an important impact on laboratory management.Through investigating the current situation of the management of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,we find some problems that need to be solved urgently in the management of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.This paper discusses the reform methods of the management of laboratory instruments and equipment from the aspects of perfecting the rules and regulations of the management of laboratory instruments and equipment,strengthening the construction of the management team of laboratory instruments and equipment,establishing and improving the sharing platform of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,and establishing the sharing platform outside the university.
