Research on the Guarantee System of College Students’ Growth and Success in the New Era

随着我国教育水平的提升,现代大学生的数量也有了大幅增长。新生代大学生毫无疑问是我国青年阶段中最具活力的一批人,在学习相关专业知识的过程中也使得其成为祖国的未来和发展的希望,因此新时期大学生的成长对于国家的发展有着极为重要的作用。但由于受到多元价值文化的冲击以及身处较为复杂的社会矛盾中,大学生的发展受到了很大影响,因此需要建立大学生成长成才保障体系来帮助他们更好地实现成才梦。文章主要根据作者的实际教学经验及相关的理论分析对当前新时期大学生成长成才保障体系进行一定的研究,希望能够为后期的研究者提供一定的参考。

Along with the education level of ascension,the modern college students had a surge in the number of new generation college students,no doubt is in the stage of youth in China's most dynamic a batch of people,in the process of learning professional knowledge also make it become the future of our motherland and the hope of development,so the growth of college students in the new period has a very important role for the development of the country but due to the impact of the pluralistic value culture,and in more complex social contradictions,in the development of college students affected by a lot,so you need to build college students grow up security system to help them to better achieve success dream Based on the author's practical teaching experience and relevant theoretical analysis,this paper mainly studies the current college students'growth and success guarantee system in the new era,hoping to provide some references for the later researchers.
