民和县禁养区畜禽养殖污染问题治理研究

Research on Pollution Control of Livestock and Poultry Breeding in Forbidden Area of Minhe County

规模畜禽养殖业发展迅速,随之是集约化、规模化发展带来的污染问题日益突出,倒逼政府采取措施减少畜牧业发展所带来的环境问题,但政府有些政策明显滞后。文章选取海东市民和县作为研究区域,对政府规制、政府执行理论对民和县禁养区畜禽养殖污染问题及政府治理各项政策进行探讨,进而提出民和县禁养区畜禽养殖污染问题治理策略的建议。

With the rapid development of scale livestock and poultry breeding industry,the pollution problem brought by intensive and large-scale development is increasingly prominent,forcing the government to take measures to reduce the environmental problems brought by the development of animal husbandry,but the obvious lag of government some policies.In this paper,Haidong residents and counties are selected as research areas to discuss the pollution of livestock and poultry breeding in no-breeding areas of Minhe county and the government's policies on pollution control by government regulation and implementation theory,and then to put forward suggestions on the control strategies of livestock and poultry breeding pollution in no-breeding areas of Minhe county.
