传统模式下完全依靠学校职能部门提供的传统学生活动和服务模式无法满足学生日益增长的校园文化活动需求。基于PPP模式下的全员参与性校园文化活动机制的建立可以很好地解决这一难题。建立项目化运营的校园文化活动机制,让师生获得更高的时间效率、更多的校园文化活动的投资、更浓厚的创新创业氛围、更好的学生组织服务品质。有效提高校园文化活动的项目投融资能力,使学校和学生在校园文化活动建设中互利双赢。

Under the traditional model,the traditional student activities and service models provided by the functional departments of the university cannot meet the increasing demands of students for campus cultural activities.It can be well solved rely on the established mechanism of full participation in campus cultural activities based on the PPP(Public-Private Partnership)model.The establishment of a project-based campus cultural activity mechanism enables both teachers and students to obtain the more high-efficient time management,the more investment in campus cultural activities,a stronger atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship and a better service quality of the students'organizations.It effectively improves the investment and financing capacity of the project that in the campus cultural activities,and enables both the school and students to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results in the construction of campus cultural activities.
