摘要
翻转课堂是一种新型的“以学生为中心”的教学模式,注重学生的主体地位,尊重学生个性,强调合作精神,教师在课堂上更多的是作为引导者和组织者。此研究通过翻转课堂教学模式在高校《人才素质测评》课程教学中的应用与探索,不仅可以改进现有教学模式的不足,为学生提供多样化的教学资源,而且培养学生的自主学习和合作研究能力,优化教学设计,提高学生学习效率,改进教学效果。
Flipped classroom is a new type of"student-centered"teaching mode,which pays attention to the subject position of students,respects students'personality and emphasizes the spirit of cooperation.Teachers are more guides and organizers in the classroom.By turning over the application and exploration of classroom teaching mode in the course of talent quality evaluation in colleges and universities,this study can not only improve the shortcomings of the existing teaching mode,provide students with diversified teaching resources,but also cultivate students'autonomous learning and cooperative research ability,optimize teaching design,improve students'learning efficiency and improve teaching effect.
