摘要
文章从美食鉴赏与创新设计课堂所面临的课堂参与度低,教学质量不佳等现状出发,阐述了基于对分课堂的教学新模式。其核心思想是通过高效的生生之间、师生之间的相互学习,提高美食鉴赏与创新设计课堂的教学效果,通过课程内容和授课方式的创新,最大限度地激发学生的创造力。
Starting from the current situation of low classroom participation and poor teaching quality in the gourmet appreciation and innovation design classroom,the article pointed a new teaching model based on"PAD Class".The core idea is to improve the teaching effect of gourmet appreciation and innovation design classrooms through efficient student-to-student and teacher-student mutual learning,and to stimulate the creativity of students through the innovation of curriculum content and teaching methods.
