高职院校推进精准扶贫路径和模式探讨

Discussion on the Path and Model of Promoting Poverty Alleviation in Vocational Colleges

十九届四中全会指出“坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战,巩固脱贫攻坚成果,建立解决相对贫困的长效机制[1]”。2020年是脱贫攻坚的收官年、决胜年。民办四川天一学院在精准扶贫中应该履行社会职责,发挥人才培养、科学研究、服务社会的职能作用,在近几年来的精准扶贫中,摸索出了产业扶贫、精准资助、扶贫就创业等建立机制和制度,助力精准扶贫联系点巩固精准扶贫成果,逐步实现向乡村振兴过渡。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee pointed out that"the resolutely win the fight against poverty,consolidate the results of the fight against poverty,and establish a long-term mechanism to solve relative poverty[1]".2020 is the final year and the victory year for the fight against poverty.The Sichuan Tianyi University should fulfill its social responsibilities in targeted poverty alleviation,and play the role of talent training,scientific research,and service to the society.In the targeted poverty alleviation in recent years,it has explored the establishment of industrial poverty alleviation,targeted funding,poverty alleviation and entrepreneurship mechanisms and systems to help targeted points of poverty alleviation consolidate the results of targeted poverty alleviation and gradually realize the transition to rural revitalization.
