曲美他嗪在缺血性心肌病心力衰竭治疗中临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of heart failure in ischemic cardiomyopathy

目的:探讨缺血性心肌病心力衰竭治疗中使用曲美他嗪的临床疗效。方法:2017年10月-2018年10月收治缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组治疗前后心功能改善情况、6 min步行距离及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组心功能改善情况显著优于对照组,6 min步行距离高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者过程中采用曲美他嗪效果显著,可有效改善患者心功能,增加6 min步行距离,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of heart failure in ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2018,100 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional treatment;the observation group was treated with trimetazidine on the basis of the control group.We compared the improvement of cardiac function,6-minute walking distance and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:In the observation group,the improvement of cardiac function was significantly better than that in the control group,the 6-minute walking distance was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of heart failure in ischemic cardiomyopathy is good,it can effectively improve the heart function,increase the walking distance of 6 minutes,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
