非洛地平缓释片治疗社区高血压的临床效果及不良反应探讨

The clinical effect and side effects of felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of community hypertension

目的:分析非洛地平缓释片治疗社区高血压的临床效果及不良反应。方法:2017年9月-2018年5月收治社区高血压患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。参照组给予常规治疗,研究组使用非洛地平缓释片治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,治疗后血压水平及不良反应发生率均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非洛地平缓释片治疗社区高血压具有良好效果,可降低患者血压水平,且药物不良反应少。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and side effects of felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of community hypertension.Methods:From September 2017 to May 2018,74 patients with hypertension in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the study group was treated with felodipine sustained-release tablets.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the blood pressure level and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Felodipine sustained-release tablets have a good effect in the treatment of community hypertension,it can reduce the blood pressure level of patients,and there are few adverse drug reactions.
