高压氧联合药物治疗脑神经损伤早期的临床效果评价

Clinical effect evaluation of hyperbaric oxygen combined with drugs in the treatment of early cerebral nerve injury

目的:探讨脑神经损伤早期阶段给予高压氧联合药物治疗的疗效。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治脑神经损伤患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采用基础药物治疗,观察组采用高压氧联合药物治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组,且观察组治疗后神经功能恢复程度及日常生活活动评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧联合药物治疗脑神经损伤效果显著。

Objective:To explore the value of hyperbaric oxygen combined with drugs in the treatment of early stage of cerebral nerve injury.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,50 patients with cerebral nerve injury were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups of 25 cases in each.The control group was treated with basic drugs,while the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with drugs.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the degree of recovery of neurological function and the daily living activity score in the observation group were superior to the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with drugs in the treatment of cerebral nerve injury is significant.
