锁定钢板三柱固定联合植骨治疗对复杂性粉碎性胫骨平台骨折患者的临床疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析锁定钢板三柱固定联合植骨治疗对复杂性粉碎性胫骨平台骨折患者的临床疗效。方法:2010年9月-2019年4月收治复杂性粉碎性胫骨平台骨折患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组采用传统植骨术治疗,治疗组在传统植骨术治疗的基础上采用锁定钢板三柱固定术。比较两组患者HSS、Rasmussen评分及并发症情况。结果:治疗组HSS、Rasmussen评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复杂性粉碎性胫骨平台骨折患者采用三柱固定联合植骨术进行治疗,其恢复快,安全度较高,可有效改善患者生活质量。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of complex comminuted tibial plateau fracture with locking plate and three column fixation combined with bone grafting.Methods:68 patients with complex comminuted tibial plateau fractures were selected from September 2010 to April 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional bone grafting,in the treatment group,locking plate and three column fixation were used on the basis of traditional bone grafting.The degree of healing,the scores of HSS and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of HSS and Rasmussen in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The three column fixation used in the treatment of patients with complex comminuted tibial plateau fractures has fast recovery and high safety,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
