摘要
目的:探讨隆鼻术患者采用透明质酸与硅胶的效果。方法:2018年3-10月收治隆鼻术患者60例,分为硅胶组与透明质酸组各30例。比较两组满意度与并发症。结果:两组患者满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。透明质酸组并发症发生率低于硅胶组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隆鼻术是整形外科常用的手术方式,硅胶与透明质酸均能使患者获得良好满意度,但透明质酸的安全性高。
Objective:To compare the effect of hyaluronic acid and silicone gel in rhinoplasty patients.Methods:60 patients receiving rhinoplasty were selected from March to October 2018,they were divided into the silica gel group and the hyaluronic acid group with 30 patients in each group.Their satisfaction and complications were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the satisfaction of nose beauty and appearance(P>0.05).The complication rate in the hyaluronic acid group was better than the silica gel group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rhinoplasty is a common operation in plastic surgery,both silica gel and hyaluronic acid can make patients get good satisfaction,but hyaluronic acid has high safety.
