摘要
目的:探讨危重症老年患者误吸的危险因素并进行分析。方法:2018年1-8月收治危重症老年患者104例,分析患者一般资料及误吸相关因素。结果:104例患者中出现误吸的患者有6例(5.7%),其中气管导管气囊充气不足1例,营养管移位1例,营养管选择不当1例,体位不当1例,呕吐时误吸1例,进食前评估不当1例。结论:疾病因素、人工喂养因素、机械通气因素均为影响危重症老年住院患者误吸的独立危险因素,根据高危因素制定相应的干预措施,可减少误吸的发生。
Objective:To explore the risk factors and nursing intervention measures of elderly inpatients with aspiration.Methods:104 elderly patients in emergency critical care area were selected from January to August 2018,the general data of patients and the related factors of aspiration were analyzed.Results:The cerebrovascular disease,Alzheimer's disease,inability to walk,assisted feeding and non-relatives of caregivers are independent risk factors for aspiration in elderly hospitalized patients.Conclusion:According to the high risk factors,the corresponding nursing intervention measures were made to reduce the occurrence of aspiration.
