中西医结合治疗帕金森病的临床疗效

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Parkinson’s disease

目的:观察中西医结合治疗帕金森病(PD)的临床效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年6月收治PD患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组应用多巴丝肼治疗,观察组应用多巴丝肼联合中药治疗。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯西药治疗方式比较,多巴丝肼联合中药治疗PD患者,能够提高治疗安全性,降低不良反应发生率,减少西药用量,提升治疗总有效率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods:From May 2018 to June 2019,72 PD patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 36 cases in each.The control group was treated with doxyhydrazine;the observation group was treated with doxyhydrazine combined with Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine.We compared the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single western medicine treatment,the combination of dobosazide and decoction of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the safety of treatment,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,reduce the dosage of Western medicine,and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
