摘要
目的:研究参芪扶正注射液+FOLFIRI化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:2017年1月-2018年4月收治晚期胃癌患者122例,随机分为两组,各61例。对照组使用FOLFIRI化疗方案,观察组使用参芪扶正注射液+FOLFIRI化疗方案。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后血清CEA及CA199水平、生存质量评分、总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:晚期胃癌患者选择参芪扶正注射液+FOLFIRI化疗方案效果显著,可降低血清CEA、CA199水平,提升患者生存质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of Shen Qi Fu Zheng Injection combined with FOLFIRI chemotherapy in the treatment of 122 patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:From January 2017 to April 2018,122 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with FOLFIRI chemotherapy,the observation group was treated with Shen Qi Fu Zheng Injection combined with FOLFIRI chemotherapy.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the serum CEA and CA199 levels after treatment,the quality of life scores and the total effective rate of treatment were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shen Qi Fu Zheng Injection combined with FOLFIRI chemotherapy in the treatment of 122 patients with advanced gastric cancer is significant,it can effectively reduce serum CEA and CA199 levels and improve the quality of life of patients.
