尿常规与尿微量白蛋白检测在糖尿病早期肾损伤中的诊断价值体会

The diagnostic value of urine routine and urine microalbumin in early diabetic nephropathy

目的:分析尿常规与尿微量白蛋白检测在糖尿病早期肾损伤中的诊断价值。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治糖尿病患者42例作为分析组,另外选择同期的健康体检人员42名作为参照组。对两组进行尿常规及尿微量白蛋白检测结果进行比较。结果:分析组尿微量白蛋白检测阳性率低于参照组,分析组24 h mALB检测结果高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿常规与尿微量白蛋白检测应用于糖尿病患者诊断中,利于检测出患者早期肾损伤情况。

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of urine routine and urine microalbumin in early diabetic renal injury.Methods:42 diabetic patients were selected as the analysis group from February 2018 to February 2019,in addition,42 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the reference group.The routine urine test and microalbuminuria test were carried out for all the examinees,we compared the test results.Results:The positive rate of the analysis group was lower than that of the reference group,the results of 24 h mAb in the analysis group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of urine routine detection and urine microalbumin in the diagnosis of diabetic patients is conducive to the detection of early renal damage in patients.
